While continuing his education, Sean chose to move to Tucson and support his girlfriend, Kendra Dahlke, who plays volleyball for the University of Arizona. In his first year of coaching, Sean has found some success while coaching the Sabino High School freshmen team. He also offers 1 on 1 or group practices to those who are looking to improve their skills. Sean’s goal while coaching is to help the athletes improve as much as possible, push them beyond their limits to help them reach goals they may have not thought were possible, and to have fun while teaching the athletes how to play volleyball. Sean is excited to be apart of RVC as he furthers his coaching experience while adding his ideas and knowledge to the culture of RVC.

Torrie Rourke joined the RVC coaching staff in 2018. She has coached junior high, high school, USAV junior club and adult club teams. She grew up in a small town in Arizona. Growing up she had four sisters who shared the love of the game. She always wanted to push herself to be as competitive of a player as they were. Playing sports in a small town had many benefits. Everyone wanted to see you do your best. Her family and tight knit community always supported, as well as, pushed her to go above and beyond. Volleyball taught her hard work, hustle, teamwork, responsibility, accountability, and above all love for the game. She has always been a utility player, playing libero freshman year, middle sophomore year, outside the last two years in high school, and setter during club. Although she did not choose to further her athletic career into college, she still loves the game and plays competitively in adult leagues in Tucson.
